Each agent computer requires a browser plugin in order to perform telephony functions. There are no charges for the plugins so you can expand your system to as many telephone lines as you like without incurring additional licensing charges. We currently have plugins for speakerphone voice modems and our professional telephony hardware. Work is in progress to develop additional plugins for internet telephony and some enterprise business telephone systems.

Note: Download managers place undue load on our web server and should not be used to download anything from our website — attempting to use a download manager may cause your ip address to be blocked.

File	Description

clknspk.zip (2.0MB)	This is the plugin for our professional USB telephony hardware and V.253 speakerphone voice modems. It is designed to control all models of these hardware that we offer. Use this plugin if a voice modem or our telephony hardware is installed on your computer, or if you plan to install one in the future. Please note that we only support telephony hardware purchased directly from us.

Installation

(a) Run install.bat as administrator
(b) Point your browser to your Click N Speak server or to our test server.
(c) On the setup page, uncheck "Disable telephony commands" if you want to use telephony commands.

Uninstallation

(a) Run uninstall.bat as administrator
(b) Delete the folder containing the plugin files
