Hardware
Each agent needs special telephony hardware in order
to connect his or her computer to the telephone line. For personal
or less professional uses, the telephony hardware can be replaced
with an external speakerphone voice modem, but for best quality
we strongly recommend using the professional hardware instead of
the voice modem.

This GNET/GVC MD0340 external hardware speakerphone modem
with Intel Cirrus Logic MD56XX chipset supports the standard
IS-101 / ITU V.253 voice command set and will work with
other voice modem applications. It supports only one telephone
line and cannot do call transfer or call conferencing without
an external telephone system. |
